Bio

Joseph Hildebrand serves NCFIL as Interim Director, since July 2026 and continues his primary role as Operations Manager. Joe manages the 5,000 square-foot pilot plant and its 90+ pieces of equipment, leading daily operations for development, production, planning and execution. He also interfaces with clients to discuss ingredients, formulations, products and processing considerations.
