Julie Mann joined the NC Food Innovation Lab as Director in late 2024. She is an experienced food industry protein chemist, product developer, and executive level leader with multiple years of industry experience at companies like Hershey Foods, Ingredion Corporation, Puris Holdings, and as an independent consultant (Appropriately Rogue Consulting). Julie brings considerable advanced experiences with intellectual property, workforce development, board room experience, and in dealing with complex issues.
