Chloe Soliman
Bio
Chloe Soliman role at NCFIL is primarily focused on coordinating and executing product development projects. These projects range from protein extraction/purification for ingredient development to CPGs. Her projects are often protein-forward, either nutritionally, or, they are technically functional (i.e. creating specific gel or foaming properties). She also works closely with entrepreneurs to develop their products on the benchtop. Lastly, as a former NCFIL intern, Chloe enjoys mentoring emerging food scientists in the NCFIL internship program.
